Our History

SPNS Consulting is a People, Process and Strategy Consulting firm. We commenced business operations in the year 2003 (with the name Savvy Consulting) as a financial and management consulting firm wholly owned by its management team and members of staff.

In September 2004, we decided to place special focus on some interrelated business lines directing our core focus on Business Process Management, Corporate Strategy Development, Development of Performance Management Systems, Training, Human Capital Development and Enterprise Resource Planning Solution.

This decision was based on our desire to see growing businesses transformed into larger business organizations through effective business process review, improvement, development and implementation of sound corporate strategic framework utilizing the best human resources management solutions.
